"FOREIGN CORRESPONDENTS" PREMIERES IN TURKEY
Los Angeles, June 2000 - Mark Tapio Kines' "Foreign Correspondents" has been sold into distribution in Turkey, it was announced by Ted Chalmers , of Creative Light Worldwide, the distribution company behind the film.
Territiorial television and video rights for the film were sold during the Cannes Film Festival by Creative Light Worldwide. No air date or release schedule has been announced at this time.
Written and directed by Mark Tapio Kines, "Foreign Correspondents" stars Melanie Lynskey ("Coyote Ugly," "Ever After," "Heavenly Creatures"), Wil Wheaton ("Stand By Me," "Star Trek: The Next Generation"), Corin Nemec ("Parker Lewis Can't Lose," "Stephen King's The Stand") and newcomer Yelena Danova ("Independence Day") and is produced by Julia Stemock and Greenstem Productions, Inc.
